Rising Sun Rewards is a rewards program that offers significant benefits to our frequent and loyal customers.

THE REWARDS

Rising Sun Rewards is free and easy to join.  Earn points on all bar, bistro, Bottle shop and gaming purchases.  Use these points to enjoy discounts off future purchases at our bars, bistro and Bottle shop, or redeem them for cash.

  • Discounts off drink purchases at any of our bars.

  • Earn visitation points when you swipe in at our Self-Serve Kiosks (located in the Main Bar).

  • Lucky door prizes for swiping in at our Self-Serve Kiosks.

  • A free meal voucher during the month of your birthday upon swiping your card at a Self-Serve Kiosk.

  • Points accrue for each dollar spent on bar, bistro or Bottle shop purchases, as well as turnover on any of our gaming machines.

  • Points are redeemable at all points of sale in the Hotel, or as cash at our Self-Serve Kiosk.

  • Regular exclusive prize giveaways and promotions. 

HOW IT WORKS

Rising Sun Rewards cardholders have access to all exclusive offers, promotions and giveaways.

  • Every $1 spent on bar, bistro or Bottles shop purchases earns 1 point.  Every $10 of gaming turnover earns 1 point.

  • 100 points are equal to $1.

  • While using your card, you can accumulate points for any eligible purchase at any point of sale or redeem for cash at our Self-Serve Kiosk.

  • Rising Sun Rewards cardholders must swipe their card during the purchase transaction to generate points.

  • A points tally will display each time a card is swiped.  Ask one of our staff for an updated tally.

  • Rising Sun Rewards is open to all people aged 18 and over.

See Terms and Conditions here.  Proof of age may be required prior to acceptance of your application or when redeeming points.  By becoming a Rising Sun Rewards cardholder, if you agree to receive promotional information, you will receive such information via email, post, SMS text, or all.  In the event of a power failure or malfunction resulting in non-allocation of points, such points will not be subsequently allocated.
